주식회사 어거스트에이프릴(이하 “회사”)은 가고싶어요(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 앱은 로그인하지 않아도 모든 지도 기능을 쓸 수 있으며, 아래의 회원 정보는 사용자가 친구 지도 기능을 쓰기 위해 로그인한 경우에만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

로그인한 회원의 장소 메모와 첨부 사진은 공유 장소와 함께 서버에 저장됩니다. 로그인한 회원의 아이디와 이름, 지도 공개를 켠 회원의 공유 장소(메모와 사진 포함)는 앱의 다른 회원이 볼 수 있습니다. 설정의 “내 지도 공개”를 끄면 공유 장소는 다른 회원에게 보이지 않습니다. 사진은 추측할 수 없는 주소로 저장되며, 앱 밖에서 그 주소를 아는 사람은 열어볼 수 있습니다.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 회원 정보와 공유 장소(메모·사진 포함), 팔로우 목록, 차단 목록: 탈퇴하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 앱의 “내 계정 → 회원 탈퇴”에서 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 지운 장소와 사진은 서버에서도 지우며, 사진 파일은 늦어도 이틀 안에 저장소에서 삭제합니다.
- 로그인 유지 정보(refresh 토큰의 해시값): 로그아웃·만료 후 7일 이내 삭제합니다.
- 신고 기록: 처리 완료 후 1년간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 신고한 회원이 탈퇴하면 신고 기록에서 신고자 정보는 즉시 분리합니다. 신고 대상 회원이 탈퇴하면 그 회원에 대한 신고 기록도 함께 삭제합니다.
- 요청 횟수 계산에 쓰는 IP 주소: 1분 단위 카운터로만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다. 웹 서버 접속 기록(IP 주소, 요청 시각·경로)은 보안과 장애 대응을 위해 최대 14일 보관합니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관합니다.
전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
3. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

Google AdMob은 광고 제공·측정, 분석, 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정에 쓰일 수 있음), 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, 광고 식별자를 포함한 기기 식별자, 본 광고 정보를 자동으로 수집할 수 있으며 이 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 로그인하지 않거나 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 이 경우 친구 지도 기능을 쓸 수 없습니다.
5. 기기 권한과 백업
“내 위치” 또는 거리순 정리를 선택할 때만 위치 권한을, 사진 첨부를 선택할 때만 사진 보관함 권한을 요청합니다. 위치는 지도 표시와 거리 계산에만 쓰고 회사 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 기기 백업(iCloud, Android 백업)과 사용자가 연결한 Google 드라이브 백업은 사용자 본인의 계정에 저장되며 회사는 그 내용에 접근하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 앱에서 아이디·공개 여부를 바꾸고, 핀을 지우고, 차단을 해제하고, 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 아래 연락처로 하면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 로그인 유지 토큰은 해시값만 저장하고, 데이터베이스 접근은 운영자로 제한하며, 비밀번호는 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 변경
이 방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다.

August April Inc. (“we”) processes personal information of Wanna Go (the “App”) users in accordance with applicable law, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. Every map feature works without signing in. The account data below is processed only if you sign in to use friend maps.

If you are signed in, the notes and photos on your places are stored on our server with your shared places. Other members can see your ID and name, and your shared places (including notes and photos) if “Share my map” is on. Turn it off to hide your places. Photos are stored at unguessable addresses; anyone who obtains such an address outside the App can open that photo.
2. Retention and deletion
- Account, shared places (including notes and photos), follow list and block list: deleted without delay when you delete your account (Account → Delete account in the App). Places and photos you delete in the App are deleted from our server too; photo files are removed from storage within two days.
- Sign-in session data (hashed refresh tokens): deleted within 7 days after sign-out or expiry.
- Reports: kept for 1 year after they are resolved, then deleted. If the reporting member deletes their account, their identity is removed from the report immediately. If the reported member deletes their account, reports about them are deleted too.
- IP addresses used for rate limiting are only counted per minute and not stored. Web server access logs (IP address, request time and path) are kept for up to 14 days for security and troubleshooting.
- Where the law requires longer retention, we keep the data separately for that period.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or requested by authorities through legal procedures.

For ad delivery and measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, Google AdMob may automatically collect an IP address (which may estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers including the advertising ID, and information about ads viewed; Google’s privacy policy applies. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in device settings. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you can stay signed out or delete your account; friend maps will then be unavailable.
5. Device permissions and backups
Location permission is requested only when you choose My Location or distance sorting, and photo library permission only when you attach a photo. Location is used only for the map and distances and is not sent to our server. Device backups (iCloud, Android backup) and the Google Drive backup you connect are stored in your own account; we cannot access them.
6. Your rights
You can change your ID and sharing setting, delete pins, unblock users, and delete your account in the App at any time. For other access, correction, deletion or restriction requests, contact us below. Children under 14 may not create an account.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Session tokens are stored only as hashes, database access is limited to operators, and we never collect passwords.

August April Inc.（以下「当社」）は、「行きたい」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用者の個人情報を関係法令に従って取り扱います。本アプリの地図機能はすべてログインなしで使えます。以下の会員情報は、友だちの地図機能を使うためにログインした場合にのみ取り扱います。
1. 取り扱う情報と目的

ログインした会員の場所のメモと添付写真は、共有場所とともにサーバーに保存されます。会員の ID と名前、および「地図を公開」をオンにした会員の共有場所（メモと写真を含む）は、本アプリの他の会員が見ることができます。オフにすると共有場所は他の会員に表示されません。写真は推測できないアドレスに保存され、本アプリの外でそのアドレスを知った人は開くことができます。
2. 保存期間と削除
- 会員情報、共有場所（メモ・写真を含む）、フォローリスト、ブロックリスト：退会すると遅滞なく削除します（本アプリの「アカウント → 退会する」）。本アプリで削除した場所と写真はサーバーからも削除し、写真ファイルは遅くとも 2 日以内に保存先から削除します。
- ログイン維持情報（refresh トークンのハッシュ値）：ログアウトまたは期限切れから 7 日以内に削除します。
- 通報記録：対応完了後 1 年間保存し、その後削除します。通報した会員が退会すると、通報記録から通報者の情報を直ちに切り離します。通報された会員が退会すると、その会員への通報記録も削除します。
- リクエスト回数の計算に使う IP アドレスは 1 分単位のカウントにのみ使い、保存しません。Web サーバーのアクセスログ（IP アドレス、リクエスト日時・パス）はセキュリティと障害対応のため最大 14 日間保存します。
- 法令で保存が必要な場合は、その期間分離して保存します。
3. 第三者提供
当社は利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合や捜査機関が法令の手続きに従って求める場合を除きます。

Google AdMob は広告の配信・測定、分析、不正防止のため、IP アドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使われる場合があります）、アプリ操作、診断情報、広告 ID を含む端末識別子、表示された広告の情報を自動的に収集する場合があり、この処理には Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。広告 ID は端末の設定でリセットまたは削除できます。国外移転を望まない場合はログインしないか退会できますが、その場合は友だちの地図機能を使えません。
5. 端末の権限とバックアップ
現在地または距離順を選んだときだけ位置情報の許可を、写真を添付するときだけ写真ライブラリの許可を求めます。位置情報は地図表示と距離計算にのみ使い、当社のサーバーには送信しません。端末のバックアップ（iCloud、Android バックアップ）と利用者が接続した Google ドライブのバックアップは利用者自身のアカウントに保存され、当社はその内容にアクセスしません。
6. 利用者の権利
利用者はいつでも本アプリで ID と公開設定の変更、ピンの削除、ブロックの解除、退会ができます。その他の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のご請求は下記までご連絡ください。14 歳未満の方は会員登録できません。
7. 安全管理措置
すべての通信は HTTPS で暗号化します。ログイン維持トークンはハッシュ値のみ保存し、データベースへのアクセスは運営者に限定し、パスワードは収集しません。
