무료 이용과 프리미엄 구독
항목 100개까지 무료로 저장할 수 있습니다. 프리미엄은 연간 자동 갱신 구독이며, 활성 구독 기간에는 저장 수 제한과 광고가 제거됩니다. 대한민국 기준 가격은 연 2,500원입니다. 실제 결제 가격은 스토어 국가, 통화와 세금에 따라 달라질 수 있으며 결제 화면에 표시된 가격이 적용됩니다.
결제·갱신·취소
결제는 확인 시 Google Play 또는 App Store 계정에 청구되고, 취소할 때까지 매년 자동 갱신됩니다. 다음 갱신 전에 스토어 계정 설정에서 취소할 수 있으며, 취소 후에도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 혜택을 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 취소되지 않습니다.
복원과 환불
같은 스토어 계정으로 앱의 ‘구독 복원’을 이용할 수 있습니다. 환불은 운영자가 직접 처리하지 않으며 Google Play 또는 App Store의 정책과 절차가 적용됩니다.
사용자 책임
사용자는 저장한 콘텐츠에 필요한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 불법·유해 콘텐츠 저장이나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 기기 및 클라우드 백업 관리 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
변경·중단·책임
운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 기능을 변경하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 간접 손해나 사용자 관리 소홀로 발생한 데이터 손실에 대한 책임은 제한됩니다. 강행 소비자보호법에 따른 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
준거법과 약관 변경
강행 소비자보호법이 달리 정하지 않는 한 대한민국 법을 적용합니다. 기능이나 법령 변경 시 약관을 개정하고 이 페이지에 시행일을 표시합니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인하세요.

Link Nest is a link, text, and image saving and organization service provided by August April Inc. Contact teammagellans@gmail.com.
Free use and Premium subscription
You may save up to 100 items for free. Premium is an automatically renewing annual subscription that removes the save limit and ads while active. The base price in South Korea is KRW 2,500 per year. The actual price may vary by storefront, currency, and tax; the price shown at checkout applies.
Payment, renewal, and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when confirmed. The subscription renews every year until canceled. You can cancel in your store account settings before the next renewal and keep benefits until the paid period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Restoration and refunds
Use “Restore subscription” with the same store account. Refunds are not processed directly by the operator and are governed by Google Play or App Store policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities
You must have the rights needed for content you save and must not use the service for unlawful or harmful content or to infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for managing your device and cloud backups.
Changes, availability, and liability
We may change features or discontinue the service where permitted by law. Except for intent or gross negligence, liability for indirect loss or data loss caused by a user’s failure to manage data is limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and updates
South Korean law applies unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will show the effective date here. See our Privacy Policy.

無料利用とPremium購読
100件まで無料で保存できます。Premiumは自動更新される年間購読で、有効期間中は保存数の制限と広告がなくなります。韓国での基本価格は年額2,500ウォンです。実際の価格はストア、通貨、税金により異なり、購入画面の表示価格が適用されます。
支払い・更新・解約
確認時にGoogle PlayまたはApp Storeアカウントへ請求され、解約するまで毎年自動更新されます。次回更新前にストアのアカウント設定から解約でき、支払済み期間の終了までは特典を利用できます。アプリを削除しても購読は解約されません。
復元と返金
同じストアアカウントで「購読を復元」を利用できます。運営者は返金を直接処理せず、Google PlayまたはApp Storeのポリシーと手続きが適用されます。
利用者の責任
保存するコンテンツに必要な権利を保有し、違法・有害なコンテンツや第三者の権利を侵害する目的で利用してはなりません。端末とクラウドバックアップの管理は利用者の責任です。
変更・提供・責任
法令で認められる範囲で機能を変更またはサービスを終了する場合があります。故意・重過失を除き、間接損害や利用者の管理不足によるデータ損失への責任は制限されます。強行的な消費者の権利は制限されません。
準拠法と更新
強行消費者法に別段の定めがない限り韓国法が適用されます。変更時には施行日を更新します。プライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。

Uso gratuito e assinatura Premium
Você pode salvar até 100 itens grátis. Premium é uma assinatura anual com renovação automática que remove o limite e os anúncios enquanto estiver ativa. O preço-base na Coreia do Sul é KRW 2.500 por ano. O valor real pode variar por loja, moeda e impostos; vale o preço exibido na compra.
Pagamento, renovação e cancelamento
O pagamento é cobrado da conta do Google Play ou App Store na confirmação. A assinatura renova anualmente até ser cancelada. Cancele nas configurações da loja antes da próxima renovação; os benefícios permanecem até o fim do período pago. Excluir o app não cancela a assinatura.
Restauração e reembolsos
Use “Restaurar assinatura” com a mesma conta da loja. Reembolsos não são processados diretamente pelo operador e seguem as políticas e procedimentos do Google Play ou App Store.
Responsabilidades
Você deve ter os direitos necessários sobre o conteúdo salvo e não pode usar o serviço para conteúdo ilegal ou prejudicial nem violar direitos de terceiros. Você é responsável pelo dispositivo e pelos backups.
Alterações, disponibilidade e responsabilidade
Podemos alterar recursos ou encerrar o serviço quando permitido por lei. Exceto em caso de dolo ou negligência grave, a responsabilidade por perdas indiretas ou dados perdidos por falta de gestão do usuário é limitada. Direitos obrigatórios do consumidor permanecem válidos.
Lei e atualizações
Aplica-se a lei sul-coreana, salvo norma obrigatória do consumidor. Atualizaremos a data desta página quando os termos mudarem. Consulte a Política de Privacidade.

Kostenlose Nutzung und Premium-Abo
Bis zu 100 Elemente sind kostenlos. Premium ist ein automatisch verlängertes Jahresabo, das während der Laufzeit Speicherlimit und Werbung entfernt. Der Grundpreis in Südkorea beträgt 2.500 KRW pro Jahr. Der tatsächliche Preis kann je nach Store, Währung und Steuern abweichen; es gilt der beim Kauf angezeigte Preis.
Zahlung, Verlängerung und Kündigung
Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung dem Google-Play- oder App-Store-Konto belastet. Das Abo verlängert sich jährlich bis zur Kündigung. Es kann vor der nächsten Verlängerung in den Store-Kontoeinstellungen gekündigt werden; Vorteile gelten bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums. Das Löschen der App kündigt das Abo nicht.
Wiederherstellung und Erstattung
Nutze „Abo wiederherstellen“ mit demselben Store-Konto. Erstattungen werden nicht direkt vom Anbieter bearbeitet und richten sich nach den Richtlinien und Verfahren von Google Play oder App Store.
Verantwortung
Du musst die nötigen Rechte an gespeicherten Inhalten besitzen und darfst den Dienst nicht für rechtswidrige oder schädliche Inhalte oder zur Verletzung fremder Rechte nutzen. Für Geräte- und Cloud-Sicherungen bist du verantwortlich.
Änderungen, Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, können Funktionen geändert oder der Dienst eingestellt werden. Außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit ist die Haftung für indirekte Schäden oder Datenverlust durch fehlende Nutzerverwaltung begrenzt. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
Recht und Aktualisierungen
Es gilt südkoreanisches Recht, soweit zwingendes Verbraucherrecht nichts anderes bestimmt. Bei Änderungen aktualisieren wir das Datum dieser Seite. Siehe Datenschutzerklärung.

El precio base en Corea del Sur es de 2.500 KRW al año. El precio real puede variar por tienda, moneda e impuestos; se aplica el mostrado al comprar.
Pago, renovación y cancelación
El pago se carga a la cuenta de Google Play o App Store al confirmarlo. La suscripción se renueva cada año hasta que se cancele. Cancélala en los ajustes de la tienda antes de la siguiente renovación; conservarás los beneficios hasta el final del periodo pagado. Eliminar la app no cancela la suscripción.
Restauración y reembolsos
Usa “Restaurar suscripción” con la misma cuenta de la tienda. El operador no tramita reembolsos directamente; se aplican las políticas y procedimientos de Google Play o App Store.
Responsabilidades
Debes tener los derechos necesarios sobre el contenido guardado y no usar el servicio para contenido ilegal o dañino ni infringir derechos ajenos. Eres responsable de administrar el dispositivo y las copias de seguridad.
Cambios, disponibilidad y responsabilidad
Podemos cambiar funciones o suspender el servicio cuando la ley lo permita. Salvo dolo o negligencia grave, se limita la responsabilidad por pérdidas indirectas o datos perdidos por falta de gestión del usuario. Los derechos obligatorios del consumidor no se ven afectados.
Ley y actualizaciones
Se aplica la ley surcoreana salvo que una norma obligatoria de consumo indique lo contrario. Actualizaremos la fecha de esta página cuando cambien los términos. Consulta la Política de privacidad.

الاستخدام المجاني واشتراك Premium
يمكنك حفظ حتى 100 عنصر مجانًا. Premium اشتراك سنوي متجدد تلقائيًا يزيل حد الحفظ والإعلانات ما دام نشطًا. السعر الأساسي في كوريا الجنوبية هو 2,500 وون كوري سنويًا. قد يختلف السعر حسب المتجر والعملة والضرائب، ويُطبق السعر الظاهر عند الدفع.
الدفع والتجديد والإلغاء
تُحمّل الدفعة على حساب Google Play أو App Store عند التأكيد، ويتجدد الاشتراك سنويًا حتى إلغائه. يمكنك الإلغاء من إعدادات حساب المتجر قبل التجديد التالي، وتستمر المزايا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك.
الاستعادة والاسترداد
استخدم «استعادة الاشتراك» بالحساب نفسه في المتجر. لا يعالج المشغّل المبالغ المستردة مباشرة، وتطبق سياسات وإجراءات Google Play أو App Store.
مسؤولياتك
يجب أن تملك الحقوق اللازمة للمحتوى المحفوظ، وألا تستخدم الخدمة لمحتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين. أنت مسؤول عن إدارة الجهاز والنسخ الاحتياطية السحابية.
التغييرات والتوفر والمسؤولية
يجوز لنا تغيير الميزات أو إيقاف الخدمة حيث يسمح القانون. باستثناء العمد أو الإهمال الجسيم، تكون المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان البيانات بسبب سوء إدارة المستخدم محدودة. ولا تتأثر حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.
القانون والتحديثات
يسري قانون كوريا الجنوبية ما لم ينص قانون حماية مستهلك إلزامي على خلاف ذلك. سنحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة عند تغيير الشروط. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
